I ship the prompt, the eval and thepull request.

Eleven weeks on Miro AI. I rewrote all 22 first-party skills, built the health check that guards them and the sessions reader that multiple teams use to read live traces, and helped ship custom skills.

I am Ralph van Spanje, AI Associate Product Manager at Miro, based in the Netherlands.

At Miro I rewrote all 22 first-party skills in my first 17 days, built the health check that guards them and the sessions reader multiple teams use to read live traces, and built the weekend prototype of custom skills that the engineers then shipped.

Before Miro I ran my own e-commerce company, Racoon Products, for six years, from high school through two degrees.

Nights and weekends I build on GitHub: Research Canvas, stoa-brain, alibaba-dedupe, the Hermes agent fleet, Guess the AI drawing, and hackathon builds Nodus and Mikkie. Ask my AI about me or read llms.txt.
